WEBMouse ear tags are an easy way to identify individual mice, rats, and other small animals used in research and laboratory environments. Kent Scientific's ear tags for mice are made of monel, a nickel-copper alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, strength and ductility.
WEBEar tags may need to be removed if: they are incorrectly attached, tearing of the ear is observed, dermatitis is observed around the tag, or an infection develops. To remove an ear tag, diagonal wire cutters should be available to cut through the tags.
