I pre bought tickets but was told to still get in line with people that didn’t pre buy tickets. Talked to manager and he was rude and said go back outside in line and wait. Full review by Jerry P

The elevator stops at all levels. Restaurant, bar, and observation deck.

If you are eating at the Chart House is parking free?

I went last week and it was $8, BUT if you can find parking on the street and don’t mind a little walk it’s 30cents per hour.

Should you make reservations for the Charter House? Also how is the view if you are not seated at the window?

when we got there in the morning, we made our reservation for lunch before we started doing anything else. they were exact and people just going without reservation were turned away

No. There is a snack bar, but very limited and very expensive. Go to Riverwalk for many dining options
