To support his bold take, Rapoport referenced Steelers President Art Rooney II's comments about being confident Rodgers will sign with the Steelers. The insider clarified that the only time he felt unsure of the signing was when he heard the four-time MVP discuss retirement as a possibility.

As the four-time MVP continues to not make a final decision, it puts the Steelers in a tricky position with Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson, and Will Howard, who they drafted in the sixth round, as the only quarterbacks heading into 2025.

Though, NFL Network’s insider Ian Rapoport still believes the Steelers are where Rodgers will end up once things settle down.
