American Electric Power has become the second major central Ohio employer this month to announce that all workers must return to the office.

AEP is ending its hybrid work model, requiring team members to return to work five days a week this year.The utility company sent the following statement to ABC

American Electric Power Co. Inc. will return to a five-day, in-office work schedule June 1, according to the spokesperson, ending its current three-day-a-week hybrid schedule. The move encompasses the company's downtown, Gahanna and New Albany offices, in addition to other facilities.
