A Box Elder County Judge, who was arrested and accused of engaging in "graphic sexual chats" with minors, has submitted his resignation and will step down from his role on the bench.

Judge Kevin Christensen, charged with crimes including two counts of enticing a minor using the internet, has submitted his resignation from the bench.
