The Thursday morning quake was felt in Prince George, B.C. and Grande Prairie, Edson and Whitecourt, Alta., according to Earthquakes Canada. No damage has been reported.

Earthquakes Canada said the quake near Grande Cache would have been lightly felt in the surrounding areas of Edson, Grand Prairie and Whitecourt, as well as in Prince George, B.C.

A 5.2 magnitude earthquake rattled parts of northern Alberta Thursday morning, with no record of it causing damage.

A 5.1 magnitude earthquake was reported near South Pender Harbour, British Columbia, which is about a two-hour drive north from Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
