By Sriparna Roy and Abigail Summerville (Reuters) -Band-Aid and Tylenol maker Kenvue has fired its CEO Thibaut Mongon, the consumer health company said on Monday, laying what some investors expect will be the groundwork for an eventual sale of the entire company or pieces of it.

Kenvue says that CEO Thibaut Mongon is departing as the maker of Listerine and Band-Aid brands continues with a strategic review of the company.

Two years ago, when Johnson & Johnson announced it was spinning off its consumer brands including Tylenol, Band-Aid, Motrin, Sudafed, and Neutrogena into a new company called Kenvue, investor anticipation was high.
