The Guardians acquired Cecconi (1-1, 3.27) from Arizona in December for Josh Naylor. He faced the Dodgers twice as a member of the Diamondbacks, going 0-1 with 16.50 ERA in two relief appearances. In six innings, he allowed 13 hits, including four homers.
