For the third time in four years, Oregon has advanced to stoke play at the NCAA women’s golf championship. The No. 5 Ducks had their best round of stroke play on Monday, shooting 4-under 284 at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. Oregon finished stroke play 6-under, second to No. 1 Stanford’s 27-under.

The 68-team bracket is the standard version of the NCAA tournament field that has been in place since 2011. If the 2021 field is comprised of 68 teams, there will be some key differences to past years, however.

The NCAA softball tournament bracket down will be whittled down from 64 teams to 16 teams for the super regionals by the end of the Sunday night — weather permitting.

With a week to go until the field is announced, the Trojans are still projected to make the tournament—for now, at least.
