A Princess Cruises ship has been hit hard by a norovirus outbreak. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reported the highly infectious form of gastroenteritis is sickening passengers on the Coral Princess voyage on Friday, March 7. Of the 1,906 passengers on board, 69 were reported ill alongside 13 of the ship's 895 crew members.

The CDC said 69 passengers and 16 crew on board the Princess Cruises ship Coral Princess reported falling ill with norovirus during a recent voyage.

Passengers staying in forward staterooms, those at the front of the ship, and aft staterooms, those at the back of the ship, will feel more of the ship’s sway.
