President Donald Trump’s administration urged the Supreme Court on Tuesday to allow it to immediately deport a group of migrants currently being held on a US military base in Djibouti to South Sudan,

A fight over the fate of six migrants the Trump administration wants to deport to South Sudan flared up again as the Justice Department accused a federal judge of "unprecedented defiance" of a Supreme Court decision the previous day.

A judge says a deportation fight originally bound for South Sudan won't be completing the trip right away even after a divided Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to start swiftly deporting immigrants to countries they aren't from.
