This weekend’s ESPN College GameDay show will feature a a proud Commodore fan alongside Pat McAfee and the rest of the panel.

For the past month, fans have complained about the celebrity guest pickers on ESPN's "College GameDay" this season. Earlier this month, "College GameDay" had comedian and podcaster Theo Von as its celebrity guest picker for the Vanderbilt-Alabama game.

Week 9 of the 2025 college football season kicks into full swing on Saturday, October 25, with a busy slate of games across the country. While the schedule doesn't have as many blockbuster matchups as it has the past two weeks,

Hosting 'College GameDay' in the heart of country music, ESPN announced Kenny Chesney and Dierks Bentley as special guests.

Gameday’s crew says the goal of its show is to celebrate the stories of programs and to give fanbases an opportunity to step out and support what their program has done in order to be successful, it’s the first time the crew has come to Vanderbilt’s campus since 2008. It’s a stage like no other for Lea’s program.

To avoid traffic congestion, Vanderbilt athletics is offering a free fan shuttle from the athletic facilities to Wyatt Lawn. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at west garage, 25th Avenue garage and Commons Lawn. The shuttle will run from 6:30 a.m. to noon Oct. 25.
