One of the biggest stories this offseason already has been the return of former Seattle Seahawks head coach to the NFL, Pete Carroll. Last week, Carroll was announced as the next head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders. The 73-year-old had been out of football for a year but now he is back and ready for perhaps his greatest challenge yet.

The Las Vegas Raiders needed to hire someone who could bring the franchise back to its glory days or at least get it back on track. Raiders fans have just one simple request—win a playoff game, something that hasn't been done in 20 years.

The Las Vegas Raiders have found their next head coach. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Pete Carroll has agreed to a three-year deal to become the team’s head coach. There is also a team option in the fourth year.
