The Jacksonville Jaguars have to capitalize on their remaining schedule after the bye to make a playoff run in the 2025 NFL season.

The AFC South's second-place team is one of six clubs with a week off in Week 8. No other week of the 2025 season features as many teams on a bye. Jaguars fans – and fans of the other five teams on a bye – will have all of Oct. 26 to themselves without worrying if their team will celebrate Victory Monday on Oct. 27.

The Jaguars are currently the eighth seed in the AFC playoff race -- just on the outside looking in. Coming out of the bye week strong starts with minimizing the self-inflicted errors that have occurred throughout the season, along with improving in these four areas.
