The city of Pasadena, California, and the Rose Bowl Operating Company have sued UCLA for allegedly trying to move its college football games from one of the sport’s most iconic stadiums to the much newer SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
LSU became the latest team to fire its head coach in the middle of the 2025 season, parting ways with Brian Kelly after a blowout loss to Texas A&M over the weekend. Kelly led the Tigers for less than four full seasons and was unable to lead them to a College Football Playoff appearance or a championship.
Louisiana GOP Gov. Jeff Landry even suggested President Trump should pick the next coach, saying "Trump picks winners."
