Christopher Gillum, a man wanted in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, was arrested Wednesday after deputies in Florida received information placing him in their jurisdiction. Gillum is wanted in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, on a charge of making terroristic threats, authorities said.

A former North Carolina police officer accused of threatening a mass shooting at a New Orleans festival was arrested in Florida on Wednesday, officials said.
