WWE and 2K Games have released the first gameplay trailer for WWE 2K26. The trailer features CM Punk, shows new match types like the dumpster match, has interactions like walking on the barricade, going through the Hell in a Cell roof through tables, and much more. The game is now available for pre-order.

The second part of the WWE 2K26 reveal doesn't have quite as many interactive items as the first. However, at the top of the list is a small dumpster at the back of the desk. That official reveal heavily implies that dumpster matches will be in WWE 2K26 because, really, what else could that clue possibly mean?

"I don't know if I'm ready to be the serious Rhea again," the WWE star told Uncrowned. "Am I going to have to shift that drastically if I were to win the Royal Rumble?"

WWE 2K26 launches March 2026 with a CM Punk Showcase, The Island mode and new match types including I Quit and Inferno.

Fans were treated to their first proper trailer for WWE 2K26 during SmackDown, but our first official word on what we can expect from the next game in the series wasn't a typical reveal. Instead, it was the reveal that this year's game will have an Attitude Era edition.
