A major winter storm is still in the forecast for the Baltimore region this weekend, bringing the likelihood of heavy snow and icy conditions from late Saturday into early Monday.
In the Baltimore area, temperatures will fall into the single digits on Friday night, but with the wind, it will feel as cold as zero to -10 below zero. On Saturday, high temperatures will only reach the teens to near 20 degrees. This will begin a prolonged stretch of freezing conditions that could last for at least a week.
