Amazon began selling new cars late last year through an arrangement with Korean automaker Hyundai Motor, but consumers still must use a Hyundai dealer to complete the sale. Amazon is also recruiting car dealers to list their used vehicles, including those designated as certified preowned, on Amazon Autos.

Hertz has announced that it will start selling used cars from its rental business on Amazon Autos. The company’s pre-owned vehicles are now available in Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and Seattle, according to a new page on Hertz’s website, with “more locations coming soon.”

Amazon has given Hertz a new home for its used-car sales operations in a partnership that links one of the largest rental fleets in the country with the world’s biggest online retailer.
