The body of the last person missing after a boat capsized in Lake Tahoe was recovered, raising the death toll to eight.

A boat accident on Lake Tahoe on June 21 took the lives of eight people and injured two. The boat's co-owner, Josh Pickles, was among those who died.

There were 10 people aboard the 27-foot powerboat near D.L. Bliss State Park in southwest Lake Tahoe, when a powerful thunderstorm rolled in Saturday afternoon, rapidly worsening conditions on the lake.
