A FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY has been issued for Friday for both inland and coastal areas. Heavy rainfall combined with any snowmelt will lead to a minor flooding threat, strong southerly winds will result in a power outage potential, and temperatures come crashing down late Friday night into early Saturday leading to a flash freeze risk.
