California State Parks announced the arrest of Gloria Lynn Mandich, 60, on felony arson charges in connection with a brush fire that broke out on Jan. 8 near Leo Carrillo State Park in Los Angeles County.

The Azusa Police Department arrested a man for allegedly sparking a fire at Pioneer Park late Friday night. The alleged arson happened at about 11:37 p.m. at the public park, roughly 4 miles away from the easternmost edge of the Eaton Fire.

Officers in Azusa, California have arrested a man suspected of arson following a brush fire that broke out in Pioneer Park.
