LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The No. 25-ranked Nebraska football team took its second loss of the season Friday night, losing 24-6 to Minnesota at Huntington Bank Stadium. It was a slow night for Nebraska’s offense, only totaling 213 yards compared to Minnesota’s 339.

Minnesota is averaging 19.3 points per game against FBS opponents this season, and the Gophers have hit the 30-point plateau just once in those five contests. That will be a two-fold issue against Nebraska, a balanced team that boasts the 18th-best defense and 26th-best offense in the country, per SP+.
