It's clear that Manchester United want a new striker this summer, but exactly which player they sign remains to be seen. All the signs, though, indicate RB Leipzig star, Benjamin Sesko, is the player identified by United to strengthen the forward line before the September 1 deadline.

Just 22 years of age, Sesko has been on the radar of many big clubs for years gone by – and, according to the Daily Express, Manchester United were keen to sign the NK Domzale academy graduate in 2023. Rasmus Hojlund joined from Atalanta instead, while Sesko moved from RB Salzburg to Leipzig.
