A cab driver has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulted a female passenger.

The bus operator had minor injuries after the alleged assault and was given the day off. The woman accused of shooting the passenger was not yet placed in custody as of 12 p.m. and remains at large.

Video shows the driver, Stefan Knox, being brutally attacked by 65-year-old passenger William Horn. And after it was all over, the transit agency ended up firing the driver.

Police are investigating separate incidents in which a NICE bus driver was assaulted by two passengers five hours before the bus was shot at in Hempstead.
