(WBAY) - Festival Foods joined Minnesota-based dairy company Kemps to donate 30,000 shelf-stable “Giving Cow” milk cartons to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin in an effort to help meet the need. Food banks throughout the Midwest received more than 800,000 cartons in total as part of this effort.
