More than 1,000 new seats for New York City's 3-K program were announced Tuesday by Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
Mamdani’s administration has promised Staten Island will be included in phase two of their 2-K plan, which they plan to unveil ahead of the 2027-2028 school year.
