CINCINNATI — Bengals linebacker Shaka Heyward suffered a leg injury (fibula) in the first half of Sunday's game against the Jets and didn't return. The special teams' ace will miss at least four weeks according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
A historically poor showing on their home field produced a players-only meeting for Cincinnati's defense on Monday, a day after the Bengals' 39-38 loss at Paycor Stadium to the New York Jets, a last-place club that was winless entering the weekend.
