Police say a 19-year-old woman is charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man near a METRO bus and firing at others the day before.

Investigators said the 19-year-old suspect reached out to an ex-girlfriend, saying she was responsible for one of the shootings, which happened a day apart from each other.
