President Donald Trump is lashing out at his own supporters, accusing them of being duped by Democrats, as he tries to clamp down on criticism over his administration's handling of much-hyped records in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation,

President Trump said the outrage among his supporters over the Epstein case was just the latest “scam” cooked up by Democrats.

In the days since the Trump administration released a memo on Jeffrey Epstein directly at odds with conspiracy theories pushed by the president and some of his top lieutenants, Donald Trump’s movement and most ardent supporters are in revolt.
