UW-Platteville police imposed a shelter-in-place order Monday afternoon after an "isolated incident" was reported on campus but lifted the order about an hour later. Text alerts sent to students shortly after 4 p.
Police confirmed there is no active threat on the UW-Platteville campus, and law enforcement are still asking people to avoid Wilgus Hall. A Pioneer Alert sent out after 5 p.m. said emergency responders are still on campus responding to an incident.
Protesters had occupied the University of Washington's engineering building and called for the university to cut ties with Boeing.
