The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has launched a new online form for reporting Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, also known as HPAI, H5N1 or bird flu.

New York State DEC collected several goose carcasses and transported them to Cornell University where they later tested positive for Avian Flu (HPAI).
