Forrester’s Dai said WNS’s domain-specific AI agents and agentic AI platforms, especially the AI.Agentic suite and WNS Expirius, will effectively help Capgemini enhance its agent-driven business process services and offer the same to its existing customers.

French technology giant Capgemini said on Monday that it will acquire India-born business process transformation leader WNS for $3.3 billion in an all-cash deal, in one of the most significant cross-border acquisitions in the tech-enabled services space this year.

When its WNS acquisition closes, Capgemini will be a business process services powerhouse with intelligent operations chops to grow its AI and agentic AI business.
