CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon on Chicago's West Side, Chicago police said. The teen was near the sidewalk in the 4100-block of West West End Avenue in West Garfield Park about 2:30 p.m., when he was shot multiple times, police said.

Toronto police say a third person is under arrest in connection with the August shooting death of an eight-year-old boy in the city’s north end.

Police say the accused was arrested at the scene.
