Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have revealed their stance on potentially making a wide receiver trade following Mike Evans' injury.
In their absence, Rachaad White will keep playing at running back, Emeka Egbuka at wide receiver, but linebacker Mo Kamara is playing for the first time with the Bucs starters. Defensive assistant Larry Foote is excited to see what Kamara can do for the team, so expectations could be mildly high.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (fibula) has played in just two games this season and has failed to score double-digit PPR fantasy points in either. While he was on an absolute tear in 2024 before he suffered a season-ending injury,
Chris Godwin is "week-to-week," according to head coach Todd Bowles. He has not been an official participant in any practice since his injury in Week 5. The Bucs didn't place Godwin on Injured Reserve, which would've forced him to miss four games. The lack of IR spot means Godwin could, conceptually, return in Week 8.
