Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a Tennessee man charged with killing the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found abandoned in a home's front yard, authorities said Thursday.

Drummond is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated kidnapping and abandonment. The judge revealed that the four Tiptonville victims were found shot to death.

Austin Drummond, charged in connection with the July 29 quadruple homicide in Lake County, is being held without bond as state seeks death penalty.
