HOUSTON – A Houston man appeared in court Monday after he was arrested for allegedly pointing a firearm at a group of teenagers after telling them he was a “Harris County cop.” Micah Brown, 39, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault of a deadly weapon and one count of impersonating a public servant.
