Fremont police say Katie Hong was last seen on July 25 walking alone from home to Irvington Community Park. Detectives say the teen left a note saying she was meeting up with unknown people she connected with online.

Katie Hong, a 16-year-old Fremont girl, went missing on July 25. Katie left home to meet with people who she only knew through the internet. She left a note behind, took her computer, and her online activities went silent.

The Fremont Police Department said that Katie Hong, 16, was last seen around 6:20 pm on July 25 at her home on Queens Park Court, near Rix Park.
