Time for an early site change! 😅 Arya officially used all of the insulin in her pump cartridge a full day earlier than expected. Normally, she uses around 30 units over 3 days, but this time she burned through those same 30 units in just 2 days. As we’ve been making adjustments to her insulin-to-carb ratios and basal rates to help keep her blood sugars in range, her insulin needs have definitely increased. That’s the reality of Type 1 Diabetes—what works one week may not work the next. So today
