Dupe culture = counterfeit culture. There, I said it. No one wants to hear it but it’s true, and it’s getting absolutely out of control. I’m sharing with you what is happening to me right now because I am terrified of the future of dupe culture, especially with its popularity being propelled by the use of AI. My Pirouette Skort was first stolen by SHEIN, twice, and then duped numerous times all over Amazon. I eventually was awarded a design patent for my skort in hopes of having some protection.
