Multiple aircraft were brought in to support firefighters on the ground, providing water drops that helped cool and slow down the active flames. The fire is burning in mixed maple hardwoods and fall leaf litter. The fire is primarily located in a remote ridge area of the George Manitou Crosby State Park, and th
