The National Weather Service in Portland released a satellite video of the rapidly strengthening weather system off the coast this morning. A nearby buoy reported a pressure drop of one millibar every ten minutes. Oregonians and Washingtonians can expect strong winds at the coast, gusty and breezy winds inland and moderate to heavy rain.
