Primo-infection VIH : Les premiers signes cutanés d’une primo-infection au VIH (syndrome rétroviral aigu) sont souvent une éruption cutanée généralisée (rougeurs, parfois avec des lésions) accompagnée de ulcérations muqueuses (bouche, organes génitaux) et d’un syndrome pseudo-grippal (fièvre, fatigue, maux de gorge, ganglions enflés), survenant 2 à 4 semaines après l’exposition, mais beaucoup de personnes n’ont aucun symptôme initial, soulignant l’importance des tests de dépistage. #skincarecomm
