ULM College of Health Sciences Senior Spotlight | Carter Saterfiel West Monroe native Carter Saterfiel is graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Health Sciences. Saterfiel plans to work at a local hospital to serve the community’s needs and establish a firm foundation in a hospital setting.
