After checking out of the onsen resort we went on to explore the northeastern part of Kyoto. Well, it's technically not in Kyoto anymore but in Otsu of the Shiga Prefecture. There are many interesting cafes, temples, ryokans and minkas, which I'll probably share later on in another post.
