With sweeping ocean views, a workout room, community kitchen, and more, the Seaside Residence Hall will be open and available to sophomores, juniors, and seniors this fall. The new development is a four-story, three building, suite-style hall that provides double room accommodations to approximately 458 Pepperdine students.
