Known to many as a keen baker, sheep farmer @Mike Wilkins works alongside his sister on their family farm in Wiltshire. Their sheep are outside on the farm most of the year and graze on a mixture of grass, cover crops and wildflower meadows once they’ve gone to seed. The flock naturally shed their wool, and in the spring, it’s common to see birds using the wool to line their nests.
